Morning Beach Yoga
Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ
What started off as team yoga for my company quickly turned into a summer filled with donation based beach yoga classes to raise money for various causes.
Zoom Classes
On April 4, 2020, together with my dear friend Mackenna (@thewellness_wave) we led a zoom class that connected yogis from East coast to West coast, as well as internationally. By all coming together, we were able to raise $565 for the World Health Organization.
From there, I continued to lead a couple of zoom classes to bring people free (donation optional) yoga during stressful times while raising money for various causes.
Rutgers Sororities
Rutgers University – New Brunswick, NJ
In the Fall 2019 semester, I led a couple of classes for different sororities on campus. Together raised money for their philanthropies while providing relaxation and mediation to students before exams.
Child Wellness Institute
Younique Yoga – Allenhurst, NJ
Together we raised over $400 to support the Child Wellness Institute of NJ!
Karma Class
Porta – Asbury Park, NJ
As part of my teacher training with Younique Yoga, my fellow trainees and I put on a Karma class to raise money for the Michael’s Feat Organization.
